  • Where are the online classes held?

    All online classes are available right here on the website. Simply log in and head to your Student Dashboard to access your classes.

  • When can I have the equipment list?

    You’ll receive a full equipment list as soon as you begin the online class. All class information, and templates will be provided as downloadable PDFs.

  • How long do I stay in the online class?

    You’ll have lifetime access to the class (subject to the terms and conditions).

  • Do I have to use the materials Emma Jayne Cake Design recommends?

    You’re welcome to use any equipment or materials you prefer — the techniques can be adapted to suit what you already have.

  • Do you teach one to one classes?

    Yes — Emma Jayne offers private one‑to‑one tuition at her workshop and is also available to travel worldwide for teaching. Please visit the (One to One Tuition) and (Worldwide Workshops & In Person Teaching) pages on this site to learn more.

  • Do you make celebration cakes?

    Yes — Emma Jayne creates fully customised celebration cakes. Please visit the Commissions page on this site to learn more.

  • What happens if I forget to use a coupon/voucher code?

    Once your order has been placed, your voucher will include an expiration date, and you can redeem it at any time within that period. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions included with your voucher.

  • Do you offer any refunds?

    As the content is delivered instantly, refunds are not available.
